Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a custom message or gift note to each dropship order at checkout.
What if my customer wants to return an item?
Your return address is printed on all packing slips. Returns come back to you, and you can then return to us under our standard returns policy.
Is there a minimum order for dropship?
No minimum per product. However, our standard £25 basket minimum applies to all orders, including dropship.
Can I mix dropship and wholesale in one order?
Currently, dropship and wholesale orders must be placed separately to ensure correct handling and delivery.
