How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email or call our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Get Authorisation

We'll provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Package Items

Securely package items in original packaging where possible. Include your RAN number.

Send Back

Post items back to our Manchester warehouse using a tracked delivery service.

Refund Processed

Once inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

Return Conditions

Items We Accept

  • Unworn items in original packaging
  • Items with all tags still attached
  • Products returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Faulty or damaged items (report within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect items sent by us

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, hosiery) if opened
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items returned after 14 days without prior authorisation

Bulk Order Returns

For large wholesale orders, please contact our sales team to discuss return options. We may offer exchanges or credit notes as an alternative to refunds on bulk orders.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
