1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Wicked Nights website and the purchase of products from Wicked Nights LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Trade Account Eligibility
Our products are sold exclusively to trade customers. To open a trade account, you must:
- Be a registered business or sole trader
- Provide valid business credentials upon request
- Complete our trade account application form
- Be approved by our accounts team
We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the current rate at checkout.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed.
The minimum order value is £25 excluding VAT and delivery charges.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
DPD Next Day: Next working day (£7.50 per box, free on orders over £300 inc VAT)
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be authorised by contacting our customer service team first.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and product specifications may change without notice.
Stock availability shown on the website is indicative only. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Wicked Nights LTD or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the supply of products is limited to the price paid for those products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
